What's next?

Once we receive your service request, our team will begin your digital transformation journey, which consists of four phases.

# Phase 1
Start of digital transformation

Book an introductory meeting with one of our partners. Our dedicated team will discuss your needs and our portfolio of services and support meetings.

# Phase 2
Service contracting

During the introductory meeting, once your eligibility for EDIH services is confirmed, we will guide you through the application process for national state aid. At this stage, each client undergoes the first of three assessments—a Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) conducted by one of our dedicated experts. Based on the results, we will create a personalized list of services tailored to your needs. You will also receive a customized plan outlining the timeline and sequence of services designed to digitally transform your business.

# Phase 3
Service delivery

The various partners in Next-Gen-BIoTech EDIH will provide services according to the plan developed in Phase 2.

# Phase 4 
Reporting

Next-Gen-BioTech EDIH is dedicated to assessing the impact of our services on your digital transformation. You can expect to be contacted to re-evaluate the DMA assessment 12 and 36 months after the initial evaluation.
